Profiles

Grades
Profiles are cast using the horizontal continuous casting method in grades according to PN, international standards, or as per agreements with the client.

Dimensions
Bronze and Brass Profiles: Manufactured according to ZST09/01 with diameters from Ø19 mm to 60 mm, with increments of 1 mm.
Shapes: Includes profiles like hexagons, rectangles, full or hollow squares. Dimensions, any other shapes, and detailed technical conditions are to be agreed upon between the customer and the manufacturer.
Length: Standard fabrication length is 2.000 mm. Other lengths can be ordered upon request.

Properties
Profiles are produced according to ZST09/01 or based on conditions agreed with the customer. Compared to sand castings, rods produced by continuous casting method are characterized by better mechanical and technological properties, for example significantly better tightness.
